E-Statement Agreement
Flint Creek Valley Bank / Granite Mountain Bank had made it possible for you to stop receiving paper statements in the mail. You will get the same information that you get today in your paper statements. Promotional materials will not be included. E-Statements are available to all of our customers over 18 with checking**, savings or money market accounts. If there are changes to account terms and conditions or other legal notifications, they will also be presented online, along with your account statements.
System Requirements: In order to receive and retain copies of your statements electronically you will need to provide or obtain access to the following:
1. A computer and modem or other device capable of accessing the Internet
2. An active "internet Service Provider"
3. A Web Browser that supports 128-bit encryption
4. The ability to download or print agreements, disclosures and statements
5. Adobe Acrobat Reader software with a minimum of version Acrobat Reader 5.0
Changes to hardware or software requirements: Flint Creek Valley Bank reserves the right to amend the requirements to hardware or software at any time. We will notify you in advance of any change in software or hardware requirements. If those requirements will prevent you from obtaining the disclosures and statements you may withdraw your consent to receive these items electronically with charge. However, if you have an account that requires the acceptance of electronic statements, you may no longer qualify for that account type.
Updating personal information: You must keep us informed of any changes in your telephone number, mailing address, and e-mail address. You may notify us of changes in any of the following ways:
1. Telephone us during business hours at 406-859-3241 or
2. Stop in at any branch location to update your information or
3. Contact us through mail at:

Cancellation: If , for any reason, you should ever wish to cancel e-Statements, send your cancellation instructions to PO Box 10, Philipsburg MT 59858.
Availability: Your first e-Statement will be available the next statement cycle after you successfully sign up for e-Statements. Your user name will be your first initial followed by your last name, unless you request otherwise. We will mail you your intial password. Once you begin receiving e-Statements, you will no longer receive a paper statement in the mail. You will receive an email from us notifying you that your e-Statement is ready to be viewed.
Please remember to print your statements or download them to disk at the end of the year for tax records. We can provide you with paper statements if you forget to do this, however, research fees will be charged.
**E-Business Accounts are required to accept e-Statements as part of this account type. However, if you should ever require paper statements, they can be provided to you for $5.00 per statement.
